Buffalo's Catering has several metro locations. We provide only the finest in breakfast and lunch fare. All of our breakfasts and lunches are designed for speed for the group on the go. 24 hours notice is required for ordering and cancellations.

  • Lunches are available in hinged containers, great for lap top eating!.
  • Minimum 10 person order.
  • We are happy to price-out any special request boxed/bagged lunches you may have.

Midtown Box Lunch - $9.49 per person

Our best selling and most popular boxed lunch.

Substitutions:

  • Pasta Salad instead of Tumbleweed chips
    Add $.50 per person
  • Whole Apple instead of Tumbleweed chips
    Add $.50 per person
  • Gourmet Brownie instead of large cookie
    Add $.50 per person

Southern Style Box Lunch - $10.49 per person

  • 1/2 Rotisserie chicken, bone-in.
       (1 breast, 1 wing, 1 thigh, 1 leg. No substitutions)
  • Pasta or Potato salad
  • Large Cookie

Salad Box Lunch - $10.49 per person (minimum order 6)

  • A choice of grilled or fried chicken breast or homemade chicken salad on our fresh garden salad
  • Freshly baked roll
  • Large cookie

Buckaroo Box Lunch - $5.99 per person

  • A half size sandwich of plain turkey or PB&J.
  • Homemade Tumbleweed Chips
  • Juice Box

Herb Roasted Turkey

Lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and basil mayo on wheat .

Tuna Salad

With lettuce, tomato and sprouts on wheat .

Classic Ham and Swiss

Thin sliced honey baked ham with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, on sourdough. Mustard and mayo served on the side.

Grilled Chicken Breast

Sliced with cucumbers, tomato, roasted red peppers, lettuce, basil mayo on sourdough.

Chicken Salad

With cucumbers and lettuce on wheat.

Classic Cobb

Oven roasted turkey, bacon, Swiss, basil mayo, lettuce and tomato on sourdough.

Very Veggie

Herb cream cheese, Swiss, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, crunchy green peppers, thinly sliced red onions, lettuce and sprouts on wheat.

Add $1.50 per person if selecting a premium sandwich for your Sandwich Platters, Combination Platters, or Boxed Lunches

Santa Fe Cheese Steak Sandwich

Beef or chicken with green peppers and grilled onions marinated in Southwest seasonings. Served on sub roll with a side of our fresh queso verde.

Club Sandwich

Ham, roast beef and turkey with cheddar cheese served on sourdough with bacon, lettuce and tomato, and basil mayo.

Wrap Selections

Add bacon to any sandwich or wrap - $.50 per person

BLT Chicken Caesar Wrap

Sliced grilled chicken breast, bacon, tomato and Caesar salad.

Burrito Wrap

Steak or pulled chicken, Mexican rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, cheese and lettuce.

Santa Fe Cheese Steak Wrap

Beef or chicken with grilled onions, peppers, and queso verde.

Kick'n Chicken or Shrimp Wrap

Crisp chicken or shrimp, World Famous Wing Sauce, Mexican rice, lettuce, fresh tomato salsa, and ranch dressing.

BLT Wrap

Crisp bacon, letuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese and chipotle sauce.

Rotisserie Chicken Wrap

Pulled seasoned chicken layered with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and garlic mayo.

 

Ordering - We suggest 24 hour notice for all catering orders. However, we will do our best to accomodate your last minute needs. Condiments and untensils are included with your order. Cancellations are subject to a 50% charge unless made by 4pm the day before your weekday delivery or 24 hours before weekend orders. Delivery - Minimum order for delivery is $50.00. There is an 18% gratuity. Payment - We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Corporate Accounts may be set-up as well. Cash and check payments will need to be secured with a credit card when placing your order. Full policies
